With a Tom Foolery subscription, you're guaranteed a delicious coffee from our fantastic selection. Plus, no more running out of coffee. No more running to the shop when you reach the end of your beans. Instead, wake up to a freshly roasted bag of coffee every week, fortnight, or month.

How do I order a subscription online?
We deliver delicious coffee with our flexible service straight to your door:

  1. Select one or more coffee products from the Tom Foolery store
  2. Decide how often you want to receive deliveries: weekly / fortnightly / monthly.
  3. Purchase the subscription, and we'll begin preparing your order.
    That's it! Never run out of coffee again. You’ll have free delivery for all subscriptions.
    We currently have 3 products available for subscription: Fool’s Gold, Fool’s Paradise Peruvian Decaf (Swiss Water Process) and Brazil Inhame Single Origin. You can also select the quantity you want or mix and match products.
    Then, sit back and relax. We'll roast your beans, pack them up, and deliver them to you every week, fortnight or month.

When do I receive my first subscription order?
Once you've placed an order, your coffee will be packed and shipped to you. All subscriptions run weekly, fortnightly, or monthly from the date the order was started. So, if you set up your subscription service on the 3rd, you'll be credited on the same day, monthly.

How do I know a delivery is coming?
Tom Foolery deliveries run regularly, and you should receive your coffee at specified intervals, depending on the frequency of your subscription. We will send you a reminder email a few days before your next order is due for delivery.

Do you deliver internationally? 

We sure do! Please contact us for a quote.

How do I know if my subscription coffee is fresh?

It's really important to us that our coffee arrives with you in the best possible condition. To ensure this, we roast to order in small batches so that everything we send out is fresh.

Is subscription coffee ground or beans? 

We think our coffee is best enjoyed freshly ground so we'll send you beans to grind yourself.

Which delivery carrier do you use? 

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class which usually arrives in 2-3 business days. If you need your coffee more quickly, please contact us directly.

I have not received my subscription order, where is it? 

If this happens, please contact us and we will be able to help.

When will my subscription end? 

Your subscription will continue until you cancel.

What if I don't like the coffee?

Simple, you can cancel your subscription anytime or you can try another type of coffee for which we offer a subscription.

How do I change my subscription address?

You simply go to your account and there at the bottom of the page under “Account Details” you will se a “View Addresses” option. You click on that and there you will have the possibility to change you address, delete it or to add a new one.
